Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Primue GlowLift™ Face Massager. If not, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Returns
You can return your product within 7 days of delivery if it’s unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Process
Email support@primue.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. Please return and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
Report damage within 48 hours with photos at support@primue.com for a free replacement.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
